The my Sun Life mobile app provides quick, convenient, and secure access to various services:

The app allows users to:

<li>Submit medical and dental claims</li>
<li>Find healthcare providers</li>
<li>Manage retirement savings, group RRSP or group savings plans, and personal investments</li>
<li>View insurance products on the go</li>
</ul>

Your health (medical and dental benefits)*

Whether you have benefits through a personal plan or employer-sponsored plan, the app enables you to:
<ul>
<li>Access important benefits, insurance, and health information </li>
<li>Submit medical and dental claims** and track their status easily </li>
<li>Determine what is covered under your medical plan </li>
<li>Submit necessary documents by taking a photo or attaching receipts</li>
<li>Keep your coverage cards readily available </li>
<li>Check your Health Spending Account (HSA) and Personal Spending Account (PSA) balances </li>
<li>View details of most personal insurance policies </li>
<li>Access documents related to personal investments and insurance products </li>
<li>Receive push notifications regarding changes in claim status </li>
<li>Integrate your Sun Life account with Alexa </li>
</ul>

**Most claims are processed within 48 hours if direct deposit is set up.

Your money (savings, retirement, and insurance)

The app also provides easy management of your investments, such as group savings plans, group RRSPs, personal mutual fund products, and segregated fund products:

<li>View your investment transaction history</li>
<li>Monitor the performance of workplace investment plans over time </li>
<li>Make contributions to your RRSP or savings plans </li>

<li>Receive tips on saving money for medical or dental claims </li>
<li>Discover discounts and special offers on mental-health resources, eyewear, fitness, and more</li>

<li>Stay informed about product and service updates, special offers, and reminders </li>
<li>Contact customer support for assistance through the app </li>
<li>Call Sun Life directly from the app with plan details readily available</li>
<li>Easily connect with your advisor or find an advisor nearby </li>
<li>View banking information linked to selected insurance plans</li>
